Description:
I had to paint this scene from my adventure to the Napa Wine Country several years ago. The digital image I captured was my reference as I just had a whim to create my own artistic rendition of it this past week. I studied the colors and chose analogous and one complimentary color to make it. I gradually increased shades of colors from dark to light while keeping the design ever present in my mind. It is a successful outcome, one of my best paintings yet. This painting is being submitted for juried exhibitions and will be for sale later. I can be commissioned to paint another like it, email me.
