Amazing detail, subject and patina. Wonderful work. F/V.

Great image, brings back lot of memories from many, many, decades ago. Published it in USA Artist News, and internet newspaper. . . . . . Used a special Model created for the Military in the 40's... It only had capital letters on it. We were High Speed Radio Interceptor Operators, copying Morse Code at up to 35 words per minute. . . . . . Copied the military code of communist countries, we all used five letter code groups. Ten groups of five letters to a line. If I told you that before the 70's would have been violating my oath of secrecy. :) . . . . . Actually this is the first time that Ive mentioned it on the Internet. The code was run through computers to decrypted/decipher it, to find out what they were transmitting. Had to be a super accurate typist, one typo could mean making it impossible to translate.
