Description:

I like the colors of the sea. Sometimes they're bright and bold...sometimes soft and serene. In this painting, I wanted to show a day that reflected the sun's golden light, yet brought out many contrasting colors in the sand, surf and sky that are unusually beautiful. Days like this at the beach are when I enjoy sitting down in the water and letting the waves flow over me. It's fun to lie back and feel the water completely engulf me with it's gentle caress.
