A tribute to the innocents that were killed on Sunday October 31, 1010 in Baghdad
The dove carries a representation of the Lord's prayer written both in Arabic and English calligraphy "Our Father who arts in heaven", Both wings carry the name of the church "Lady" and "Salvation" from right to left. The body also carries the number of people killed at the church tragedy in both languages.
The original painting was presented to Archbishop Thomas Collins at St.Michael's Cathedral, Toronto on November 10th 2010.
