Out Of Business
Photograph - Color Vintage Rural Architecture Photo - Gas Station
Simple wood structure that once served as a gas station in rural Texas, near Chappell Hill as I recall, obviously has seen better days. Not only has it been abandoned, it is heavily overgrown with native grasses and vines. Yet there is a certain beauty to it, especially the Fifties- or Sixties-style gas pump (logo removed).
If you look closely, you can see a rough-wood sign between the gas pump and window, indicating the business was at one time for sale.
