Sad and powerful image..now the I read your description..also, and very moving.. I have two children..so as A mother who adores the gift I feel this world has given me..I could not imagine..ever not taking the greatest care..of my two..and hope others do the same.. Great work,,like that you made me think..and feel.

Betty LaRue replied:

Thank you, Ana. The image is meant to be thought-provoking. Our children are the future and we need to protect them.

Beautiful depiction of the feelings of this young person walking a fine line between feelings of balance and feelings of ineptitude! Very well done and so inclusive of what young people experience in so many of their lives today. Thanks for sharing this moving piece with us, Betty! fave and vote
