Description:

The P-47 was one tough bird... it could take the punishment of dogfighting and still bring home its pilot, even when it as shot up. After World War II, the US sold surplus aircraft to different countries, one of those was Mexico. Here a P-47 is depicted in the service of the Mexican AirForce.
