Description
This is just a tiny piece of the most ornate bridge in Paris. And for a city as decorated as Paris, that's saying a lot! The Pont Alexandre III was built at the tail end of the 19th century when the Art Nouveau architectural movement was shaping the city of Paris as we see it today.
When I saw this Cherub, and its august company on the skyline beyond, I had to take time to capture this beautiful scene on the Seine. Paris is full of architectural beauty and one day I hope to have the chance to capture more of it.
