Description:

I like it very much when people have their own ideas about what my paintings are about. In a sense, people complete my work with their thoughts. Your ideas are just as valid as mine. With that said, here's what I was thinking while working on this: when you're young you can't get close enough, and older, you begin to value your personal space when you can afford it. I thought of the two couples, as the same couple at two different points in time. When people look at this they feel compelled to tell me what it's about. I've heard some good stories.
