Description:

This piece is my falconry dream. I first approached this drawing when I was about 15 yrs old, right after I became a falconer, when I was Montana. I dreamed of having a peregriine falcon and flying after ringnecks. I never got my peregrine , but I have been fortunate enough to have flown redtailed hawks for over 15 yrs. I did have a kestrel, a sporrowhawk, for a short time. He was great at catching and eating lizards and grasshoppers!
