Hi Lou. This is Lovely. Thank you so much for all the wonderful comments. I took all of my pictures down because everytime someone wants to buy one it comes up that they are too dark or blurry. So I have retake all of the pictures with my 10 mega pixel camera and a tripod outside in the natural light of day. Have you sold any yet? you can delete this comment. I just wanted to let you know why I took all the pictures down except one. I did a retake on that one because some wonderful person wants to buy it.

Hi Pat, Yes, I have sold around 7 painitings through this site. My best photos are shot with an older Canon A20 digital camera. What I have been doing is turning off the flash and shooting without anything but ambient lighting. I also try to avoid the direct light outside as it turns your photos blue. I have been using only the lighting from the standard bulbs in my house. Some of my paintings have been shot professionally but as you know, you cannot recover your $ including that cost into your selling price. Incidently, my Grandmother was Rose Gerace. She was born in Sicily and migrated from there in the late 1800s.

Description:

Painted in 2009 a decorative piece that was taken from life as well as imagination. I rarely paint in this style. The environment never existed nor did some of the flowers in the painting. It is a bright and cheerful piece. The painting comes in a modern 4" gold leaf frame.
