This is very nice, Shawn. The machinery here will not allow the viewer to get close enough to view the pink ribbon. It is obvious you know your way around a palette and easel. There is an almost mystical feel to this.

Description:

In 2008, I did this original painting for a Breast Cancer awareness fund raiser in California. The organization was called "Between Women". I have also donated 2 prints of this piece to the same organization since. It is now known as the "Between Women - Pink Orchids". There is a small Pink Ribbon hidden in the bud on the right.
