Post Hurricane Rita At Dockside In Beaumont Texas Usa
Photograph - Photography
This spectacular sunset was taken feet from the dock of the exploration boat I was on since Hurricane Katrina hit New Orleans, Louisiana in September. This was taken in Beaumont, Texas after Hurricane Rita. This one photo was my reward for being such a loyal employee for the company I had worked for at the time. When I finally returned to Houma, Louisiana USA I went I greeted everyone with the story's of the adventures of being and seeing the aftermath. I told the payroll director, Happy Birthday, Happy Thanksgiving, Merry Christmas, Happy New Year, Happy Martin Luther King Birthday, Happy Mardi Gras, and Happy Valentines Day, I will now take my payroll checks and what a payroll that was. Since I had remained on my hitch for many months there was no need for me to have any money so my company held on to all of them for me. This photo is unaltered. I used my olympus om10.
