Description
A monotype means one of a kind. I paint on a piece of plexiglass and then put the plexiglass on the press image up. I then take a damp piece of Somerset printmaking paper lay it on top of the plate and run it through the press. The pressure of the press changes the painted image on the plate in a way that isn't always predictable. I love turning over my work to this process.Landscape, Water, Black and White, Europe, architecture, photograph, color, peaceful, tranquil, European Vacation, Travel, Light, Coastal, Classic, Boats, Buildings, Sea, Fishing, Sports, Adventure, Cultural, Pastoral, Beach, Nature, Beauty, Calm, Still life, colors, fine art, process, oil paints, prints, paper, abstracts, realism, ocean, world, coastal, surreal, global, houses, homes, people, statures,
