Hi Linda...Sure was quiet around here.....regarding the pounds...why should you be any different than the rest of us...LOL! We just have to push and pump the brushs for hours...use a really BIG HEAVY brush......standing......paint paint paint!!! Pounds should just fly off!! Put to many feathers in my nightcap, to many chocolate, too much to drink and eats from the Cruise. I gained 10 pounds in 4 days anyone know how I can take them off in 2 days. LOL Linda
