Mary Machare replied:

Thank you, Tami.

Enjoy this image Mary, scenes such as this always get me thinking of the history and all those that walked these streets, well done;) v

Mary Machare replied:

Amazing that we could be standing where Mozart walked when we stroll the streets of Salzburg! Thank you for stopping by, Jack.

Love this Mary! Well they are certainly ready for the weather :) Great catch! v/f!

Very cool street photography MAry! Thanks for taking me around the world! f/v

Mary Machare replied:

It would be fun to go on a photographer's trip around the world, wouldn't it? Just need both money and time -- at the same time ;-)

I love street photography, Mary and this is pretty cool! f/v

Mary Machare replied:

Mary Machare replied:

Thank you, Lenore. It was a grey, rainy day... and then the woman in silver walked by.

She's almost the same color as the street, haha! V

Wonderful street shot! Lots of interest! :D v/f

Mary Machare replied:

Thank you, Debbie.

Here you have historic Salzburg (shown wonderfully by the way) and then you have this "space man" marching away from the camera. OK, probably human, but how would we know, I'm not certain we can even see any part of her that isnt covered by the rain gear. It is a contrast to the rest of the scene! voted.

Mary Machare replied:

It was a lot of fun to capture it. I had to quick juggle the camera and the shopping bags l)

Love this Mary I have an Austrian friend here and it could be her............... no wet knees for this young lady He he v ( great a bit of humour ):)

Mary Machare replied:

I am glad it brought a smile - and a chuckle. ;-)

Sometimes a nice contrast makes for the best shots, and this surely is a nice contrast and an obvious eye catcher! voted

What a wonderful street shot. She seems to be going against the stream, both in direction and attire.

Mary Machare replied:

Thank you, Odd. She was certainly anachronistically attired, completely at odds with the stone walls of the historic city center. And it made a wonderful photo!
