Rancher And His Dogs Backroads Of North Park Colorado
Photograph - Prints Or Digital Files
A rancher with his trusty dogs taking in the sights from the back of his pickup along a back road leading to the Arapaho National Wildlife Refuge located near Walden in North Park Colorado. This is a quiet open range landscape that is high plains and prairies and surrounded by the Northern Rockies...and source of the Platte River. Outside the wildlife refuge people make their living in ranching and farming as well as some tourism in small western towns such as Walden. One depends on your dogs for work as well as companionship and of course they love riding in the back of a truck or sticking their noses out the window--man's best friend!
