My main goal was to use beverage containers as raw materials as well as packaging materials biodegradable and non-biodegradable) for special effects.
Branches, tree trunks, trees barks, roots and rocks were individually designed and created. Each part involved many hours of cutting, burning and painting. My goal was simply to use recyclables in trying to create the illusion of a realistic-looking tree. Although I still have a lot to learn before I can comfortably say that I have mastered the right style and technique, at the very least I can honestly say that I am happy about where I am and how far I have come. In the humblest way possible, I am promoting an approach that is not only innovative, practical and cost-effective but also highly rewarding in the sense that I am able to express myself as well as help the environment by turning what is basically considered trash into art.
