Description
This little fawn was abandoned by her mother, and my nephew rescued her. He fed her goat's milk from a bottle and named her, "Buttons". Buttons was like a pet, and followed the family dog around thinking he was her mother. She was free to roam the large property, but decided she liked the comfort of the dog's bed and stayed very close to home. She stayed around several months, and then decided it was time to leave. It was a sad day when she didn't return home.

Fantastic portrait of this deer, Cheryl. Love the warmth of the tones and the details. v
