Thank you all. This painting took about 2 weeks to complete, not too long really as I only work 4 hours a day at most. The grass was the the enjoyable part, once I get into it, it's like time doesn't exist and even when I stop and go to bed I shut my eyes and all I see is grass!

superb....and the treatment of the space around the subject is masterful stroke after stroke...; i find the subject's 'gathered' clumps of fur unique for this gendre of painting; it carries the uniqueness to the entire work, very nice tdp
