Description:
Rhapsody In Blues is a knitted, felted, needlefelted, embroidered over-the-shoulder work . This piece has a 40 inch strap/handle which can go easily over-the-head and lies flat against the body. Hand stitched embroidery enhances the long strap/handle & lovely roving in various shades of blues adorns the front of this work with handstitched beads in strategic places within the needlefelted roving. I embroidered French knots around the top edge which has a zipper closure & a wet-felted ball with a small purse charm attached for easy closure. This bag is fully lined with a gorgeous silk fashion fabric carrying on the theme of Rhapsody In Blues.
