Painting - Watercolor On Paper
This was inspired by a fishing trip to the Yellow Dog river in Michigans upper peninsula. The Yellow Dog river is one of the U.S. National Scenic Waterways. It is surrounded by steep hills, thick underbrush and is a very rocky stream. Hence the name of the painting. It is also very remote and beautiful.
