Description:

"Rose in a Bottle" is a small oil pastel of one of our roses in a clear bottle. I wanted to make an expressive, colorful drawing of a simple still life. The surface is complex and the marks are intricate. The drawing is un-framed so the patron can make the choice. I will have it framed for an additional $150.
