A little sugar in the bottom of a shot glass. Add Angustora bitters enough to darken. Mash with the back of a spoon to completely press in. 1 jigger bourbon, 3 ice cubes & icy cold water. Heaven in a glass. *sigh* How could I keep from voting? V&F
