SCHECHTER CASE, 1935.
The Schechter brothers celebrate with attorney Joseph Heller (center) in his law offices in New York City, 27 May 1935, upon learning of the U.S. Supreme Court's ruling in their favor in the case of Schechter Poultry Corp. v. United States, whereby the National Industrial Recovery Act was determined to be unconstitutional.
