This is the advice we children were always given whenever my mother walked out of the room - 'play nice'. It's still good advice today and is as appropriate for the office as it is for the home. Maybe even more so.
Okay...I know...in Scrabble you only get seven letters. Call it 'artistic license'. The point values for each letter are accurate though!
Place this art work in your kids play room, in your game room, in your cabin...any place people gather to share good times and see if behaviors change for the better.

That is a great idea. But in my family, scrabble is ruthless. We pull out the rule book, the egg timer, and the dictionary and debate every unusual word. This is a fun painting. At first I thought it was a photo, so very smooth execution. Good job.
