Description:

Seeing Through is a small painting influenced by the teachings of Buddha. It is about truly seeing through the illusion of self and in itself transcendence. By truly seeing through our distorted views of the world is in itself the ending of ignorance. The ending of ignorance is enlightenment! Seeing through was beautifully created using a digital photo of a Buddha, recycled jewelry, rhinestones, collage pieces, joss paper, and acrylic paint. The staple free sides are painted and it is ready to hang.
