Thank you, Lenore! Chilling for me, is that at roughly the same time I was "shooting" this photo, unbeknownst to me, about a mile south of this location, two men were shot (with a gun) while waiting at a bus stop, and in retrospect THAT may have been why this major and typically VERY busy street was vacant at that moment.
