Located on the northern tip of Oregon at the mouth of the Columbia River in the Fort Steven's State Park, the shipwreck is a popular destination for visitors.

Wonderful photo of the Peter Iredale. I was there about 3 weeks ago. It was low tide but unfortunately not at sunset. This is just gorgeous

Thanks Geraldine. This is such a fun subject to photograph. I had the opportunity to shoot it at both sunrise and sunset. I think you will get good photos regardless of the tide but I liked shooting when the tide going out so the sand was wet. Good luck.
