Patti, we lost Ted this year to a sudden Heart Attack, I informed my Group via the discussion area, the day I was told about the tragedy, that was many months ago, by now I am certain someone must have informed you. Yes the rich Blues and other amazing colors that Ted Hebbler painted with to create his awesome musical city portraits will go down in Art History.. I believe Ted was one of our Great artists..a modern day Kandinsky/Matisse..a true genius in his own rite..I miss him alot.

Thanks Patti,I am really Old School when it comes to Color prep..I kinda pre mix huge batches of base colors that I use them in jars, and have them ready for these new larger pieces..We had a deal at my galerie with Holbein and Talens their Amsterdam and Rembrandt series, so I use their French ultra blue mixture..several brands all mixed should see my house!!

love the new piece Carole. Hey what "blue" have you been using? It is just striking in all the newest pieces you have been creating. xxoo
