It's almost the exact scene I observed in Boerne, Texas in 1991, it's close to San Antonio where I was having a show in the old Menger Hotel . Cary Nation visited, she promptly chopped up the bar with an axe, Teddy Roosevelt recruite men for the Spanish American War. Boerne had experienced a late March Ice storm, horses in the barn were hundred yards away from the humongus high power line low end hum that serenaded the land. Intriguing painting painting
