Description:

We don't get anywhere near as much snow these days as we used to, our winters have become mild, grey and very dull but this last winter 08/09 was an exception. We finally had a winter of snow storms, clear sky's and low temperatures that make for an interesting and fun landscape to venture into. This shot was taken not far from my house, as the winter sun set (at around 4pm, seems strange in the summer) the light bounced through the trees and reflected of the white snow that had fallen early to create this classic winter scene.
