Todd, Thank you for your previous comment, it's much appreciated. I have always loved chalk and pastel (you call it crayon? is there a difference? I don't know enough about it). The sense of mystery, of covering and revealing other shapes and colours, especially in your figurative work. Wow. In this one, the eyes are masked and there is only a short part of the instrument, but you managed to show the commitment of the artist to the instrument and the music. How did you do that?
