Painting - Oil On Canvas
I often experience sorrow. Unresolved issues of self and others
Feeling not well, weak, vulnerable, powerless, weary, and experiencing prolonged longing
Sorrow itself is not something we should seek for, as it is described as mind suffering in the dictionary. It involves pain. Sorrow also is not exciting or energetic emotion. It is rather calm one.
I didnt quite realize there could be some benefits from experiencing sorrow until recently. I am beginning to understand sorrow actually can enhance my being.
Sorrow is different from despair or anger. Sorrow leads us to serenity if we let it.
It makes us stay calm and think. By doing it, we gain insights. It makes us experience humanity in a different way. By experiencing vulnerability, we become stronger and grow in our being. Sorrow deepens our souls.
I was unable to paint for about two months. As I gained some energy I painted this in remembrance of my low moment.
