Description:
This is a really exciting necklace for me because it uses beads from three different people that I know. The lampwork lentils are made by Alexandra Spinglaschell (and they are LARGE). Between the lampwork lentils are hollow lampwork beads made by Michelle from the Caliente Art Glass studio. And those awesome copper bead caps on the hollow beads are hand-forged by the son of another lampworker friend of mine. This necklace is drowning in good artist vibes, I guarantee!

Lampwork Glass Beads (the lentils are about 24mm in diameter): Created by melting various colored glass in a torch and manipulating the molten glass around a metal rod then baking the bead in a kiln for a long-lasting, durable piece of art; we spend a lot of time looking for some of the most unique lampwork and then only buy the highest quality.
Garnet (in the clasp): Unless noted otherwise, all the gemstones used in Bracken Designs jewelry are natural and genuine. We also only work with a few select suppliers for gemstones, as we prefer the highest quality and least treated (dyed, heated, waxed, etc) items.
Sterling Silver: All our silver jewelry pieces are sterling or higher (Hill Tribe Silver is pure silver, higher silver content than sterling), including all accents and findings. We never used plated or any of the lower quality or fake silvers (German Silver, Silver Fill, Nickel Silver, Alpaca Silver, etc).
The size of the necklace is about 17 inches (interior).
Note: Size and length are not the same thing. Length is a measurement on a ruler, which doesn't take into account large beads that would make the jewelry wear smaller. Size is the interior measurement, usually taken on a specialized sizing devise, to determine what the true size of a piece is. PLEASE TAKE CARE TO READ THE LISTED SIZE OF OUR JEWELRY PIECES.
