Description:

This is a faithful copy of Raphael's masterpiece "St Catherine of Alexandria" which I started in 1985. I worked on it on and off since then. The original painting by Raphael is in the National Gallery, London, England. Every effort was made to capture every minute detail, down to the halo, sun rays, trees, etc which might be hard to see on this small photo.
