What a gorgeous little grey fox! I'm always amazed at how "fluffy and gentle" the fox look, but ours are very shy of people... run immediately if you open your car door to get a better photo! We have "kit fox" too, so tiny and adorable! Voted and Favorite!

Thanks Susan. They are shy here too. It just happends that this one and her kit are being fed by people so they don't run away. When i was out taking pictures of them i had to chase the kit away from the car as he was sitting by the door looking up at my wife...lol

This Shot will be published in the January/February 2013 issue of Canadian Wildlife Magazine!

This show was taken about an hour outside of Yellowknife NWT Canada. This Mom and her little kit have a den right off the road. It is great to get so close to them to get pictures but it is also bad as they are so used to people feeding them.
