Dark & foreboding...just like the storms of life. You know what I'm talking about...we all have 'em.
Some come quickly & leave just the same. When we see them on the horizon, approaching ever so slowly, we have time to prepare & can handle what's coming. But it's those that suddenly appear out of nowhere, taking us by surprise, that leave a path of destruction & wipe out much of what we hold dear.
May all your storms be swift & gentle.

I have had a sense of forboding for days Marsha and this painting sums up my feelings perfectly. I really like though how you have rendered the house bathed in light. It gives hope to the circumstances. Love it.
