Painting - Egg Tempra On Clayboard
This has a story. My wife and I were visiting in Portland, Maine when a storm came. The name of the painting comes from the actual wind that tore a shingle off the lighthouse. We kept that shingle for years. While capturing this dramatic event, the lighthouse keepers little girl was watching through the window, and she waved to us with a smile, while we were fighting the rain and wind.
