I find this extremely interesting... You say you returned to Mozambique to find your identity, for me this says a lot about that. In my opinion this is one of your most powerful pieces. There is so much to be said in the sharing of the eye. The sharing of perception but holding onto seperate personal identities? I did this study in paints and ceramics. The poem is wonderful, always dreamed of having a love like that, love "complementary" unit, where each complements the other

I like this study. I like the way their faces cross over each other. "Togetherness". I have a pic. that I painted that reminds me of this. It is on FAA. Also thanks for the note. My husband's mother was Italian. I did not use the Italian words for the title "My Husband" at the time because I did not know. Now I am going to look it up. Smiles, Anne
