Thank you very much! I tried to look over your gallery this morning, but using the internet has been daunting for the past couple of months. I favored Aurora Lights so that I can find my way back to look at your work when my eyes settle down. Incidentally, I believe I took this photo at Kalaloch on the same day/night that I experienced the most thrilling naked-eye view of the Milky Way that I had ever had until a night at Angel Lake. Hi Kirsten! Thank you very much for your comment and vote. I visited your site and would certainly vote for your Sidney Harbor Bridge sunrise, if you posted it in the current contest, but I am recovering from eye surgery and finding anything on the internet right now is a real challenge. Kalaloch is a wonderful place. We usually camp there on the way to or from Alaska. I hope we’ll be making another trip in that direction this spring. May I ask you a question? What does f/v stand for? One other thing, you might want to check out my Kalaloch sunset watercolors. They’re in my Watercolors Gallery. Again, your site looks very interesting -- I can’t wait until I can get a meaningful look at it. - JD

Hello Joel! Gorgeous! We camped right on this beach one time, when the campground was full. We too enjoyed such a spectacular sunset. Unfortunately, it was before digital, so I only have a print in a photo album. f/v & vote in contest. Kirsten
