Description:

Sometimes light can make a regular storm look incredible! This day storms were expected but not forecast to be severe due to lacking instability values. I made my way west as I saw towers developing at sunset, and despite meager instability, incredible wind shear managed to make these storms rotate. This storm developed a nice rain free base with some inflow bands, it also put out a lightning strike that I was lucky to capture as the sunset lit up the storm with brilliant blues, purples, and oranges.
