Description:

This painting is very personal for me. It began as sort of a visual diary. It then became a sketch, and finally, a painting. To me, the snake in this painting represents my life, friends, and foes during this period of my life. And the wings represent my struggle for freedom. Sometimes I feel that I just need to quit fighting everything and "surrender.”
