Description
From Original Photograph of Prehistoric, Pre-Christopher Columbus Caribbean Taino Cave Paintings created by ancient Native Caribbean Taino Indians. It is said that 8,000 to 12,000 years ago the Tainos migrated from South America and Central America to settle in the Hispanic Caribbean islands including The Dominican Republic and Haiti (Quizqueya), Puerto Rico (Borinquen), Cuba, and Jamaica.
This collection depicts the ancient, prehistoric Native Taino Indians and the Hieroglyphs and Petrographs painted or engraved on the walls of caves illustrating Taino life, work, family, play, music and entertainment, spirituality, and beliefs. This reproduction is from ancient caves of Hispanic Caribbean Tainos in the Dominican Republic. A very unique piece of wall décor to compliment any home décor and business décor.
