I love the glow, it reminds me of the dreamlike qualities of Maxfield Parrish's images. The strong backlight is beautiful, the water looks as if it is not being struck by the same light as the swan and flowers that are floating on it. The wall looks very high, so I'm not sure where the light is able to come from that appears to be illuminating the parasols from directly behind. Truly a great sense of depth, values, and color! :)

I adore this piece. I think of it at night when I need something to relax me and help me to sleep. I think of it as I am walking and listening to music. It inspires me and is a lovely, lovely piece of work.

This is absolutely spectacular. Definitely a feelling of sadness about it. Such glowing colors.
