Description:
Wooden hand carved fish relief created without patterns and part of the Living Waters Series of realistic fish. The scales have been hand drawn with a charcoal pencil; then painted individually in blues/silver watercolors with metal pearl acrylics added for an iridescent look when the light strikes the scales. The fish has been sealed in 6 coats of a high grade, high gloss marine varnish, which will protect the colors against fading or damage over time. Tarpon #6 measures 31 inches in length, 12 inches wide and has a glass realistic fish eye. This fish come signed, dated, numbered along with its name by wood burning on the backside. There is also a wire hanger on the back for easy hanging on any wall. This fish comes with a certificate of authenticity it is an original carving by DryRiver Carvings.
