Description:

I arrived at the Temple of Poseidon about two hours before sunset. Patience was necessary so I laid back on the grass, using my camera bag as a pillow. Mother nature must have blessed me. As the sun dipped below the horizon, it illuminated the Aegean Sea and the sky with a magical golden light. Needless to say, I shot a whole 36 exposure roll of film and on returning home, selected this image from my light table.
