"Texas Sage" by Connie Fox.
What I've always called "Texas Sage" is apparently known as "Bush Germander" or Tuecrium fruticans (botanical name). That just shows how little I actually know about plants, though one can certainly learn more about native Texas plants and trees at the Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center in Austin, Texas, where this image was shot in mid-October. Attractive silvery gray-green foliage, growing to about 4x6. In summer, this lovely plant produces lavender/blue flowers.
