Great! I like the texture and the color atmosphere on this unique artwork!
Thanks for the note about this.
The thick texture is rather similar to the way I paint the Kokopelli images.
However, the original painting, in which this shows a small detail, is of a Chinese-influenced scene.
ONE of these days (LOL) I will upload the entire image.
Nimpo Lake, BC - Canada
I seem to see the Kokopelli influence, do I not? Sorry to disagree with everyone but it looks Indian to my eyes.
Thank you all.
This is actually a detail of a larger picture which I have painted.
I have not posted the whole picture yet.
When I do, you will see how the door fits into the whole painting.

Your work is lovely and lively, and I enjoy the pieces you've posted by your dad.open the door ..
Thank you Dragi Ante.
You are a great artist.
Your works are masterful.
I could compare them to the most masterfully done works that I have seen in museums and in books.
Ante you can do great traditional oil works.
You are also good at new digital art.
I feel honored that you have praised me and I am also honored to be your friend.

Draga Anna, passed the comment that you wrote to me, to put it mildly he was "a little weird." Why? I just wanted write to you such a comment. Unfortunately, now I can not do it, because it would be plagiarism.
I'll try to be quite honest. I think Van Gogh and Gauguin together did not paint a set of such beautiful works of art, as you alone. Little surprise me that "such a great artistic talent," found time for us ordinary people. But just in it and eat your "Size", which I admire very much. Lp. Ante

This work is marvelous. The mysterious door! Chinese in style, but vague and faraway. Did you use acrylics? I love the way they let you achieve so many affects. My work which you commented on is acrylics and tissue paper.
