I love all your photos of this fascinating geological phenonomen. I have done and acrylic painting of this view (may put it on FAA but you can see it on my blog at http://evantart,wordpress.com ....... and some others in my series I call geo-artscapes. The day I was there to sketch was not as magic as "your" day. But you not only had a good day, your technique, exposure, use of shutter speed etc captures the mood beautifully, I just love our little corner of the world exactly as it feels in your images.

That's an incredible shot, Mike. I've seen fractured rock pavements on the coast before - but never one like this with regular rectangular slabs. My local equivalent is broken into triangles.
